PSHE
Today’s children are growing up in an increasingly complex world both on and offline. This presents many positive and exciting opportunities, but also challenges and risks.
In this environment, children and young people need to know how to be safe and healthy, and how to manage their academic, personal and social lives in a positive way. We aim to help our children establish a strong moral foundation so that they have a positive self-image and this is reflected in how they behave and interact with one another.
Our curriculum aims to help children understand how they are developing personally and socially; tackle many of the moral, social and cultural issues that are part of growing up; and promote British Values. Our weekly PSHE lessons endorse positive behaviour, mental health, wellbeing, resilience and achievement.
